- Custom Jewelry Manufacturing: Each custom jewelry piece takes approximately 3-4 business weeks to create. Once manufacturing is complete, we will seek your confirmation before shipping.
- Shipping and Delivery: After shipping, orders typically arrive within 6 to 9 business days. Please be aware that Heavenly Moissanite is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather or other unforeseen conditions. We do not ship to PO boxes. If the customer changes the delivery address with the shipping company while the parcel is in transit, the customer will be responsible for any resulting delivery delays.
- Free Delivery: We offer free delivery to your address. Note that the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.
- Product Changes: If the customer wishes to make any changes to the product before shipment, the manufacturing time will restart from day one.
- Delivery Assurance: While we offer guaranteed delivery and prioritize creating your ring on an urgent basis, please note that any delays caused by the shipping company are beyond our control and we are are not responsible for this situation. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
