We’ve designed our custom order process to be seamless, collaborative, and tailored entirely to you. Here’s how it works:

• Design Preview & Approval: Once we receive your request, we’ll create a detailed Computer-Aided Design (CAD) of your custom piece. You’ll have the chance to review and request edits until the design feels just right.

• Stone Selection: After finalizing the design, we’ll move on to the stones. You’ll receive images or videos of the selected gems for your review and approval before they are set.

• Jewelry Creation: With the green light on both design and stones, our artisans will begin crafting your piece. Upon request, we’re happy to share progress photos during this phase.

• Final Review & Delivery: When your custom piece is complete, we’ll send final images and a video for your approval. Once confirmed, your jewelry will be securely packaged and shipped to your door.

Every step is guided by your vision—ensuring the finished piece is exactly what you imagined.

Custom orders generally take around 12–14 days to complete, beginning from the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) stage to the final touches on your finished jewelry piece. For intricate or highly detailed designs, a bit more time may be needed—but don’t worry, we’ll keep you informed in advance if that’s the case.
