Free Ring Sizing

  • At Heavenly Moissanite, we want every ring to fit as perfectly as the moment it represents.
  • We offer a complimentary one-time ring resize within the first 12 months from your order’s completion date.
  • This service is available for eligible designs and metal types.
  • Customers are encouraged to review the policy below for engagement, wedding, and ready-to-ship rings.

Engagement & Wedding Rings

  • One free resize is provided within 12 months of your ring’s completion date.
  • To request resizing, please contact us with the desired size change.
  • Our team will confirm whether resizing is possible for your specific design.
  • Any resizing after 12 months or after the complimentary resize has been used will incur a service fee.

Ready-To-Ship Rings

  • All ready-to-ship rings include one complimentary resize within 12 months of completion.
  • If your ring has already been resized once from its original stock size and you wish to resize it again, it must be assessed by our experts to determine feasibility.
  • After the first resize, the resizing range may be reduced due to metal structure.
  • We recommend confirming your ring size before requesting your initial resize to ensure the best fit.

Rings with Engraving

  • Engravings are placed to minimize the chance of removal during resizing.
  • In some cases, resizing may affect the engraving.
  • If this occurs, we will redo the engraving at no additional cost.

How to Request a Resize

  • Email us at support@heavenlymoissanite.com with:
  • Your order number, and
  • Your date of purchase.
  • Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide detailed guidance on

- Resizing options, and
- Shipping instructions.

Remakes and Fees

  • If the requested size is beyond the allowable resizing range, the ring may need to be remade.
  • You will only be required to pay the difference amount between the old and new ring.
  • A remake typically takes around 2 weeks, excluding shipping.
  • The difference payment must be made in advance.
  • The older ring must be returned for inspection before the new ring is shipped.
  • Resizing your ring through any other jeweller will void your warranty.

Non-Resizable Rings

The following ring styles cannot be resized:

  • Full pavé bands
  • Open bands
  • Full eternity bands
  • Certain shank designs (That has complex design and only be eligible for remaking to change the size)

Special Design Considerations

Basket Settings:

  • Have limited resizing flexibility due to structure.
  • Resizing may slightly alter the roundness of the band.
  • Can generally be resized up to ½ size less or more than the standard range.
  • Resizing allowance depends on whether the band is plain, pavé, or triple pavé.

Cathedral Settings:

  • Can only be resized along the lower half of the band.
  • A large resize may cause the band to appear slightly oval.
  • Can typically be resized up to ½ size less or more than the standard range.

Custom Rings

  • Each custom-made ring is evaluated individually.
  • Our team will assess whether resizing is possible without compromising structural integrity.
