How It Works
- Get in Touch
When you decide it’s time for a bigger diamond, simply contact us at support@heavenlymoissanite.com.
Our team will guide you through the upgrade process and request images and videos of your existing ring for initial review. - Send Your Original Ring
Once your ring is approved for upgrade, you’ll be asked to ship it to us for inspection. After evaluating it in person, we’ll confirm your upgrade eligibility and share the next steps.
(Please note: Shipping cost will have to be covered by customer for sending us the ring)
You will only pay the difference in cost between your original ring and the new one, plus 20% of the original ring’s price (For the labour cost)
- We Begin Crafting Your New Ring
After your ring arrives, our artisans will start crafting your new upgraded version-the same design, now featuring a larger diamond. - Receive Your Upgraded Ring
Your brand-new ring will be ready within 2–3 weeks after we receive your original piece.
The upgraded ring will be carefully handcrafted with the same precision, detail, and beauty-only now, with the brilliance you’ve always dreamed of.

- We will keep your original ring once the upgrade process begins.
- This offer applies to all Heavenly Moissanite rings, for a lifetime.
- Customers with CVD diamond orders must return the IGI certificate along with the original ring before the upgrade begins.
