What the Warranty Covers

If your jewelry experiences a fault due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge for as long as you own the piece.

This includes issues such as:

  • Loose or weakened prongs
  • Stones falling out due to setting faults
  • Discoloration of gold caused by production issues
  • Structural or craftsmanship flaws

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at support@heavenlymoissanite.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Our team will guide you through the inspection and repair process.
  3. Please send your jewelry in its original packaging, securely wrapped, with your contact details enclosed.
  4. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending the item to us.
  5. Once received, we’ll assess the piece:
  • If the issue is covered, we’ll repair it at no cost.
  • If it’s not covered, we’ll send a repair quote for approval before any work begins.

Please note: Repairs done by any jeweller other than Heavenly Moissanite will void this warranty.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear or accidental damage are not considered manufacturing defects. This includes:

  • Scratches, dents, or abrasions on metal surfaces
  • Chips or cracks on gemstones caused by impact
  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, or chlorine
  • Worn or bent prongs caused by everyday wear
  • Loss of gemstones due to misuse or damage

That said, because we value our customers, we are always happy to assist. If your jewellery suffers accidental damage, you can reach out to us,we will offer repair services at a minimal cost.

Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase.
  • The jewelry must not be altered or serviced by another jeweller.
