• Custom Jewelry Manufacturing: Each custom jewelry piece takes approximately 3-4 business weeks to create. Once manufacturing is complete, we will seek your confirmation before shipping.
• Shipping and Delivery: After shipping, orders typically arrive within 6 to 9 business days. Please be aware that Heavenly Moissanite is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather or other unforeseen conditions. We do not ship to PO boxes. If the customer changes the delivery address with the shipping company while the parcel is in transit, the customer will be responsible for any resulting delivery delays.
• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery to your address. Note that the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.

• Physical damage to the ring is not covered under our manufacturing warranty, and repairs must be carried out by our authorized jeweller.
  
• Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend you obtain insurance in your piece for the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.
  
• Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace them with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary, depending on what we have available.
  
• Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.

• Resizing: At Heavenly Moissanite, we understand the importance of a perfect fit when it comes to your jewelry, especially rings. That’s why we offer a resizing service for free for 1st time within 1st year to ensure your ring fits comfortably and after 1st year to keep it beautiful at a minimal cost.
• Resizing Limitations: Rings can be resized to either increase or decrease by a maximum of one full size.
  
• Resizing beyond this range may compromise the integrity and aesthetics of the piece and, therefore, cannot be accommodated.
  
• If you wear moissanite fine jewelry daily, a little wear and tear are normal. Our repair specialists will evaluate your piece. If you need repairs that go beyond what’s needed for normal wear and tear, we’ll let you know about the labor costs and material fees associated with your service.
